Nancy Aronson
Nancy has consulted to education, healthcare, business, and community
organizations since 1980. She has developed and applied innovated
collaborative processes for managing change,
has extensive experience designing and facilitating large-scale
change efforts, and supports and coaches leaders.
Nancy contributed six chapters to Future Search in School District
Change and co-developed the Collaboration Imperative seminar.

Beverly Arsht
Beverly uses large-scale conferences that
mobilize system-wide change efforts and enhance team operations, and
coaches individual leaders. She was a lead process designer
for the Presidents' Summit on America's Future, where five US Presidents
and delegates from 140 cities joined with business leaders to create
goals, plans and action for and with America's youth.

Nancie has worked with organizations in the not-for-profit and public sectors for over twenty years, helping them achieve their goals through building diverse leadership teams, strengthening staff relationships, developing effective communication strategies and increasing board capacity. Nancie has coached and taught at Wharton and other programs of the University of Pennsylvania. She currently serves on the national board of the Alliance for Non-profit Management. |
